About Ragdolls

We feel that Ragdolls are the perfect breed of cat. They are laid-back, affectionate, social, and amazing with kids. Plus, Ragdoll cats are so incredibly beautiful, and we now offer just about every color and shade that they come in! Our Ragdolls have medium to long, bunny-soft fur which almost never mats (even after getting wet! Just remember to dry them afterwards), and they are very easy to maintain.

Ragdoll cats are currently one of the most sought-after pedigree breeds of cat. They are known for their gentle playfulness and unusually social nature.

The Ragdoll cat was first bred during the 1960s, in Riverview, California (USA), by a breeder named Ann Baker. Ann often bred free-roaming cats with others that she owned or found, so the original Ragdoll cat breed emerged from mainly free-roaming cats.

This is a breed that loves the company of others and is known for their loyalty and affection. It is not unusual for Ragdoll cats to greet their owners at the door or follow them around the house.

Ragdoll cats are also capable of being independent and aren’t overly demanding. Their calm and easy-going natures make them excellent pets.

Ragdoll cats are one of the largest domestic breeds of cat. Their size is a notable feature of these beautiful animals. They are big, powerfully built, and heavy, cats, with the largest Ragdoll cat, perhaps weighing up to 25 pounds.

Our Pride

We have worked hard to perfect the health and blood lines of out cats and kittens. Our Ragdolls are extra floppy and extremely laid back. Sometimes, it’s hard to pick them up because they are so relaxed/limp. Its crazy…Our Ragdoll kittens come with a one year Genetic Health Guarantee along with having tested negative for PKD and other genetic diseases. My Studs and Queens have been DNA tested negative for the mutated HCM Gene. Our fundamental goal of producing healthy & beautiful Ragdoll with Purr-fect Temperament while maintaing Ragdoll breed standard. By enriching broad genetic diversity, we may acquire stud service from a variety of champion lines outside our Cattery to widen our gene pool.

Their Heritage

Our kittens come from a prestigious line of award winning Ragdolls, their great-grandfather is the four time award-winning Supreme Grand Champion (Internationally Recognized) “Gizmo”. Gizmo holds the highest honor possible in the United States! Our King Apollo not only is Great-Grandkitten of Gizmo, but also is son of “Bandit”, who’s daughter snowy has recently also won the title of Champion. We don’t take our cats to shows, but rest assured that our kittens come from a long line of prominent cats with a strong reputation.

Adoption

If you are interested in becoming a proud owner of a Ragdoll, reserve a Ragdoll kittens today. You will forever be changed by them, just as we have. We offer our Ragdoll babies only in southern California. A $350 non-refundable deposit will hold the kitten you choose on a first come basis. Please feel free to contact us with any questions if interested.

We recommend adopting 2 Ragdoll kittens at once, especially if you are gone a lot during the day. Ragdolls are very social cats and will do much better with a companion, and best with a littermate or housemate (kitten born from a different litter, at around the same time). We offer $50 off if you adopt 2 kittens at once!

• I really don't know where to start! Jen is such an awesome person. She's loving and caring (a lot). I've been looking for a Ragdoll for long time and talked to several breeders which I didn't feel comfortable getting my baby from them. I talked to Jen explaining my needs and the personality I'm looking for as I'm a first time pet owner and I love dogs so I'm looking for a dog/cat combination. At first it was out of my pocket to get a kitten so she had a retired cat (lulu) at less price so I got her. However, my mom was really hoping for a kitten so I contacted Jen to return Lulu and wait for a kitten :) she was so understanding and sweet immediately accepted my offer and I returned lulu and waited for a kitten to become available. I waited over a year because I couldn't pickup any cat due to my school as I'm going through my last year of residency and it's not even in CA and again Jen was so understanding the whole time. I supposed to get mine in Dec or Jan 2023 however I couldn't wait anymore haha so while my spring break I contacted Jen to get one since I'm visiting San Diego. And again Jen welcomed me into her lovely house and helped me to get my matching kitten. I was strictly looking for a male and even named him "Leo" however I felt in love with a baby girl "Zuzu" and didn't hesitate to get her which was the best decision ever! It's been three days and zuzu is the star of the house she's so energetic and happy cat. Immediately in the car after picking her up she started playing with everyone around her. She eats, play, cuddle and naps. Now I'm thinking of getting her a friend to play and grow up with from Jen of course. • I highly recommend FairyTale Ragdoll by i-Angel. We purchased a ragdoll kitten and he's everything we hoped for and more. Jen, as busy as she is; made us feel like we were her only customer. She was always available for our many questions before and after we took our little boy home. • I had such a wonderful time welcoming Benji to our home. I had been looking for a Ragdoll for so long and finally found Jen and her cattery. Before picking up Benji, I was able to FaceTime her and see the exact kitten that I was going to bring home and that made me feel secure. She was very welcoming as we went to her place and informed me with everything we needed to know in raising a kitten. She gave us vaccine documents, litter box, litter, food for a week, supplements/vitamins and even a bed. Whenever I felt that I needed support, I would text Jen and she would respond immediately to help me. I really appreciate that she supports me in raising Benji even after I had brought him home. • If you were looking for beautiful well taken care of ragdolls- I would highly recommend! This was our first time getting a kitten after doing tons of research and talking to several breeders. I can honestly say that this has been an all-around pleasant experience! Jen is very knowledgeable and professional and how she runs her cattery. Her cats and kittens are absolutely beautiful and has such amazing demeanors! We are completely over the moon with our two new fur baby's! Just an FYI- please don't let the negative rating from a previous "buyer" sway you, as this lady has been in the business for 15 years and seems to have been taken advantage of. I personally have a kitten from the same litter that the person who left a negative rating- my kitten has no issues and is extremely healthy! • Five months of waiting was totally worth it! I couldn't be happier when Ji Ji finally came to her forever home. She's such an adorable, playful and healthy sweetheart. • I bought a female seal bicolor ragdoll kitten from iAngel, she's absolutely an angel! Im based in Orange County of So. Cal, i was looking for a local breeder where i can actually visit the breeder before i make any commitment, and i found iAngel in Diamond Bar, i was very excited, and they are open for visit. I bought my kitten during COVID, for the sake of health of all kittens we made appointment in advance and also strictly followed safety measure. The process was smooth, i had to wait for a little bit for my angel to come, and the breeder is very responsible and responsive of the updates of the current kitten availabilities. IAngel is already very responsible and responsive after the purchase. Whenever i have any questions, concerns and shoot them a text, and i will get a response very quick. When i visited their breeder, their kittens and mom and dads are super friendly, got super great personalities. My kittens loves to cuddle with me, and i can even take her out for a walk on the beach, and she's super excited for it too! • My boyfriend and I wanted a ragdoll for a while and found this breeder earlier in March 2021! I was skeptical at first but after we FaceTimed to talk about the process and see the cats I felt reassured. Jen was so accommodating and understanding throughout the process and tried her best to get us a ragdoll kitten as soon as possible. We ended up getting a Snow White male ragdoll (Zoro) and we're absolutely in love :) He's super sweet and cute & never bites/hisses or anything. • Joy is a warm, welcoming, and really nice lady. We felt like we were invited to their home, not a business place. We adopted 2 kittens (siblings), and they are gorgeous and adorable. Joy took care of them after we brought them home because one of them had allergic reactions to a litter we had, and we couldn't find a vet that was open during a holiday weekend. • Our four month wait was worth it! They day we brought home our little fluff ball, Dinah, we were in love! We couldn't be happier! Every time we communicated with the breeder, she was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We have never gone to a cattery for a kitten before, and this experience made us feel comfortable and at ease. The breeder even offered to have us return for a free follow up shot at 12 weeks. • We adopted two kittens and they are absolutely wonderful. They are so loving and very sociable! They get along with each other great. This breeder clearly loves raising kittens in a happy and healthy home and it shows by how well tempered and loving the kittens are! • I have two boys, they like pets very much. After we got a tortoise, we decided to have a pet kitten. My husband found Fairytale Ragdoll on Yelp. It is very close to my home, so we contacted Jen. She enthusiastically answered all my questions and made an exception during the epidemic to let me go to the cattery to see the cat's living environment. In the end, I got my JoJo here. • I had a very good experience with this breeder! I've gotten multiple kittens from her and each one is amazing quality with the best personalities, I can tell she took great care of them and they were well socialized. She was very accommodating selecting the kittens of my preference and also quick to respond. She has an Instagram page and always posts lots of videos of the kittens.
